Pursuant to the City of Cookeville Municipal Code, Title 9, Chapter 1, Section 9-101, any business inside the corporate boundaries of the City of Cookeville is required to apply for a “Close Out” Sales Permit.

Per Title 11, Chapter 2, Section 11-202 of the City of Cookeville Municipal Code a special noise permit shall be granted for limited exceptions from the provisions of this section.
