  • Board members are appointed by the Mayor.
  • April 11, 2003 - Public Acts 2003, Chapter Number 23, Senate Bill Number 1736, HB 1944 increased to 7 Commissioners. No more than 2 shall expire in any year. Four is a quorum.
  • Resolution Number R13-0302 adopted by the City Council on March 21, 2013 changed the name from “Cookeville Housing Authority” to “Highlands Residential Services.”
