  • If you smell natural gas or any odor out of the ordinary please contact the Cookeville Gas Department immediately. One of our service technicians will come out for further investigation and follow-up to ensure your safety. Contact information is listed below:

  • To apply for gas service you will need to visit the Customer Service Department at 45 East Broad St.

  • If you are starting a new project or need your utility lines located for any reason please dial 811. A Tennessee One Call representative will ask you a brief set of questions regarding your location and project information and a Cookeville Gas Department representative will locate your gas line free of charge. Always remember to call TN 811 before starting any project, no matter how large or small.

  • If you are interested in adding natural gas as a utility for your home or business please contact our office by phone at (931) 520-4427 or directly at 16 N Oak Ave. One of our representatives will begin the process of measuring your service line and gathering a quote for your materials. We do not charge labor for service line installations. If you have any questions about a current service or future needs please feel free to contact us.
