Cookeville is seeking bids for construction of sidewalks on TDOT project PIN 122002.02. Per the bid advertisement, the "project consists of construction of approximately 2,400 ft. of 5' sidewalks along the north side of SR-24/East Spring Street, from just west of Carlen Avenue to Raider Drive and along Carlen Avenue, from SR-24 to the school. The work to be done consists of installation of curb and gutter with 2' grass buffer strip, crosswalks, storm water drainage improvements, replacement of guardrail as necessary, and construction of ADA curb ramps." Sealed bids will be received by the City of Cookeville at their offices in 1115 E. Spring Street, Cookeville, TN 38501, until 2:00  PM CST, Tuesday, January 07, 2025  and opened publicly at 1115 E. Spring Street, Cookeville, TN 38501 at that hour.  The reading of the bids will begin at 2:00 PM CST.
