Request for Qualifications – Due Diligence 

Select Tennessee Site Development Grant (SDG) - City of Cookeville

The City of Cookeville is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications in connection with the City's 2021 Select Tennessee Site Development Grant (SDG) Project. Professional due diligence services are needed to assist in the future development of an industrial site located on Lemon Farris Drive (Tax Map 083, Parcel 058.01, portion of parcel 052.09).  The scope of work for this request will include the following:

  • Cultural Resources Fieldwork
  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment
  • Hydrology/Wetland Determination
  • Threatened and Endangered Species
  • Geotechnical/Soil Borings

Award of the above services contract will be based on qualifications of the firm in consideration of the following factors:

  • Experience and Technical Expertise
  • Availability of Qualified Personnel
  • Ability to Successfully Design and Oversee Projects
  • Record of Success on Similar Projects
  • Familiarity with the Community's Improvement Needs.
