Animal Shelter Operations Software


The City of Cookeville will receive sealed bids for animal shelter operations software until 2 pm on Monday, August 30th, 2021, at which time said bids will be publicly opened in the City of Cookeville Municipal Building, 45 East Broad Street. Questions may be directed to the Cookeville Putnam County Animal Shelter, (931) 526-3647. The City of Cookeville reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.

Bid specifications:

                Animal shelter operations software must include the following:

                Management of animal, financial, medical, volunteer, and foster records. Automated data processing and emails. Customizable data collection and reports. Online lost/found reporting and  matching. Animal and drug inventory management. Integrated GIS with advanced mapping.

                Bid must include all one-time and annual fees for installation of software on seven (7) workstations. Bid must also list any additional equipment or software required for installation and operation not provided by the bidder. Bid must also include at least three (3) references from current users.

Bids must be sealed in an envelope or package marked: “Sealed Bid - Animal Shelter Operations Software”

Bids must be mailed or delivered to: City of Cookeville Municipal Building, Attn: Jennifer Tracy – Animal Shelter, 45 E Broad St, Cookeville, TN  38501
