“Third Thursday concerts are a great way to hear some fine music in the cool of the evening,” Chad McDonald, Cookeville Leisure Services cultural arts superintendent, said.

Fuller, who was raised on a dairy farm in Vermont, learned to play guitar in his college dorm. In 2017, he was persuaded to perform at a local restaurant and, since then, has played shows regularly in Vermont and New Hampshire.
