Notice to Bidders

The City of Cookeville, Tennessee will receive sealed bids until 4:00 PM (CDT), Thursday, August 1, 2019, for a prequalified licensed General Contractor to provide pre-construction services for the construction of a new 39,618 square foot Police Headquarters building for the City of Cookeville, Tennessee.

Documents may be obtained by contacting the architect, AEI, at 57 West Broad Street, Cookeville, TN 38501, (931) 528-6516, Attention: Jennifer Maddle.

All bids must be submitted to: The City of Cookeville, City Manager’s Office, Attention: Tracy Johnson, 45 East Broad Street, Cookeville, TN 38501. All bids submitted must comply with the submission procedures outlined in the pre-construction services specifications, Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders.

The City of Cookeville reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. All General Contractors are required to be licensed, bonded and provide the necessary insurance requirements. Prequalification requirements and project description can be acquired by contacting AEI. Prequalification forms to submit for review can be acquired by contacting AEI. General contractors will be required to be prequalified prior to being considered a bidder of record.
