Located beside Cane Creek Recreation Center, our newest facility is host to special tournaments, sporting events, league play and camps throughout the year along with open gym time available to walkers, etc.
Cookeville Performing Arts Center

The Drama Center is host to several local productions as well as regional and national touring companies. The Drama Center is available for rental.
Cookeville Depot Museum

This facility is dedicated to the preservation of the area’s historical heritage, and focuses on the Tennessee Central Railroad’s impact on the Upper Cumberland Area. Hours are: Tues – Sat. 10 am – 4 pm. Free admission.
Cookeville City Cemetery
241 South Walnut Avenue
Owned and operated by the Cookeville Leisure Services Department, the cemetery is located between Walnut and Scott Avenues near the heart of Cookeville. The Cemetery Office is open 9am-3pm, Mon-Fri for your convenience.
Cookeville History Museum
40 East Broad Street
The Cookeville History Museum provides exhibits, programs and activities that promote the history of Cookeville and Putnam County. The museum houses a self-paced, permanent exhibit on the history of this community, including a timeline around the building that begins with the first people to the area and ends with what is happening today. The front gallery is dedicated to local history exhibits, traveling exhibits and collection displays. Hours are Wednesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free admission.
Dogwood Performance Pavilion

An outdoor performance pavilion in Dogwood Park. The pavilion is available for rental by calling 520-5296 and is the location of many of our concerts and events.
Cane Creek SportsPlex

A complete Softball/Baseball complex which includes 4 Adult fields and 4 Youth fields and hosts many major tournaments throughout the year.

The General Maintenance crew takes care of all the city’s buildings and is in charge of many of the department’s major projects.

The Parks Maintenance crew, also known as the Beautification Crew, is located near Park View ball fields. They maintain those fields and all the city parks.
